The water flow is much better than my old one (which was definitely past its best), and it fills the kettle quickly without splashing water all over the sink. Delivery was straightforward too. No complaints really, I’m happy with it

It’s okay for what you get, but I feel like it could be cheaper. Kind of seems like they’re banking on people not comparing prices too closely. Not a bad buy, just not exactly a steal either.

I’m giving 4 stars because I had to double check a few things myself before fitting it, as the instructions were a little too basic. I do think companies should make that kind of thing clearer for regular people, not just assume everyone knows what they’re doing. That said, it’s all fitted now, works properly, and looks good, so I’m happy overall.
